I teach Pilates for Pregnancy and have built up considerable experience in both pre- and post-natal exercises.  I had a baby boy in May 2006 so was very lucky to go through pregnancy at the same time as being able to teach the pregnancy class and the experience has really helped increase my knowledge of teaching Pilates and exercising in both pregnancy and post-natally. We also act as a sounding-board for women who have had problems with previous pregnancies and help them come to terms with their difficult experiences.
