Yoga in Cambridge

Yoga in Cambridge aims for the whole family to be able to enjoy yoga, be it separately or together. Each class includes breathing exercises, yoga postures, guided relaxation and meditative space. By the end of each session, you will feel strengthened, toned, energised and relaxed.
