Whether it is your first pregnancy or subsequent pregnancy let The Thoughtful Body Pilates Studio guide you through Pregnancy related exercises. We can help support you with the growing changes that your body undertakes. For example, as the weight of the baby increases, it can begin to tip your pelvis forward. This can lead to problems like sciatica, low back ache and other postural related problems.

Through Pilates we can create a supported posture and help prevent pregnancy related backache through specific prenatal exercise programme. The Baby Cafe
The Baby Café Charitable Trust is a small organisation which began its life as a charity in July 2005. We co-ordinate a network of branded drop-in centres which support breastfeeding mothers, because we believe that every breastfeeding mum deserves free, top quality help and support. 

A Baby Café drop-in is a fully funded service, run by paid facilitators and freely accessible to all mothers needing support with breastfeeding.

A Baby Café drop-in centre is generally open once a week and set out with coffee tables, comfy sofas and play areas for accompanying toddlers.  All pregnant or breastfeeding mums are welcome to drop in at any time during opening hours.  No appointment is necessary and partners, supporters and health professionals are also welcome.

Claire Mulholland - Reflexology & Maternity Reflexology
I offer my Reflexology service from my home in Findern, Derby or offer a mobile reflexology service in Derby and areas such as Burton-on-Trent, Hilton, Hatton, Willington, Repton, Allestree, Mickleover, Littleover, Oakwood, Belper, Duffield, and many more . Many people find that having a Reflexology treatment at home is more convenient as it means they don't have a drive home from a therapy clinic, they can just stay relaxed in their own familiar environment.

I bring along my specialist reclining chair and stool to carry out the therapy, only shoes and socks are removed.
