I run year round Hatha Flow classes at St. Mary's in Wimbledon Village. I offer both day time and evening classes for varying levels and an on-going Yoga For Pregnancy class running on Saturday mornings as well as a Postnatal Yoga with Babies class on Wedneday mornings.

In its simplest terms the practice of hatha yoga is the fusion of mind and body. The classes follow in the style of Prana Flow, breath inspired movement as taught by Shiva Rea with whom I continue my teacher training. Whilst the classes follow a similar structure week to week the contents of the class vary and move with the level of those attending.
